I work with nonprofit leaders who know their organizations can do more, but feel constrained by unclear strategy, underperforming boards, or fundraising that isn’t keeping pace with mission and potential. Fundraising struggles are rarely about money; they’re a symptom of broken or unclear systems.

Over the past 16+ years, I’ve worked across fundraising, leadership, board development, and operations, partnering with executives and boards to clarify expectations in governance, prioritize competing goals, and build more sustainable revenue models. My experience spans growth planning, board engagement and accountability, donor strategy, and helping organizations move from reactive decision-making to intentional, aligned leadership.

My consulting work is grounded in a simple belief: strong outcomes follow strong leadership systems. When boards are clear on their role, executives are supported (and challenged appropriately), and fundraising is aligned with strategy – not survival – organizations become healthier, more effective, and ultimately more impactful.

I typically work with organizations and leaders who are:

  • Preparing for growth or transition (capital campaigns, succession planning, etc.)

  • Struggling with board engagement or effectiveness

  • Looking to strengthen fundraising strategy and leadership capacity

  • Ready for honest, constructive conversations about what’s working, and what isn’t
